AFFILIATE PAYMENT WATCHDOG Evidence reviewed 01 October 2026

EDITORIAL POLICY

The record has rules.

Credibility depends on what we can demonstrate, what we disclose and how we correct the record.

01

Publish records, distinguish claims

We separate a claimant’s account from inspected documents, company responses and unresolved questions. A displayed unpaid balance is not automatically a legally established debt. Nonpayment alone does not prove fraud.

02

Review before listing

Submissions stay private until reviewed. We seek applicable terms, approved commission records, payment schedules, correspondence and evidence of any subsequent payment. We do not publish complaints automatically.

03

Give the company a fair voice

We record relevant company responses, including explanations, eligibility disputes and corrections. Where outreach has already occurred, we document it rather than pretend it never happened.

04

Show the full history

Prior payments, automated replies, substantive responses and contractual conditions belong in the record. A single case should not be presented as a statistical verdict on an entire program.

05

Protect private information

Public exhibits omit account tokens, private email addresses and payment identifiers. Submitted contact details and evidence are collected for case review, not automatic public display. Submit only records you are entitled to share; never send passwords or access tokens.

06

Update resolved cases

When payment is documented, mark the case resolved or partially paid and state the amount and date. Material corrections should explain what changed and why.

07

No payment for silence

Companies cannot buy removal, a favourable case status or an editorial rating. Payment of a valid claim changes its resolution status; it does not purchase deletion of an accurate history.
