AFFILIATE PAYMENT WATCHDOG Evidence reviewed 01 October 2026
Unresolved complaint

Taskade affiliate program review.
$440.69 shown unpaid.

My Taskade affiliate program experience: $440.69 shown unpaid after repeated follow-ups, with a program-disabled notice in the supplied affiliate dashboard.

THE COMPLAINT

An unresolved payout, on record.

I promoted Taskade through its affiliate program. In March 2026, I contacted the company about pending commissions. On 2 April, support referenced my $440 payout complaint and said it had escalated the issue to John, who handles affiliate partnerships.

I continued following up through September. The supplied mailbox audit found no subsequent payment confirmation or substantive resolution in the reviewed correspondence. A dashboard screenshot shows $440.69 marked unpaid.

What this case establishes

A documented payment complaint, support acknowledgment, repeated follow-ups and a visible program-disabled notice. The material does not establish deliberate fraud or the original contractual due date.

MARCH — OCTOBER 2026

The timeline.

01

First payment follow-up

Aayush emails John about pending commissions he says have not been paid.

02

Support contacted

Another follow-up; ticket confirmation and automated response establish receipt.

03

$440 complaint escalated

Aayush specifies $440 and requests finance or partnership escalation.

04

Taskade responds

Ryan references the $440 payout complaint and says it has been escalated to John. No payout date given.

05

Follow-up after escalation

Aayush notes three prior emails to John and asks for payment. An automated response follows.

06

Still unresolved in correspondence

Further follow-up; another automated response recorded.

07

Email and direct outreach

Aayush follows up by email and gives notice of public documentation. The supplied social screenshot shows two outgoing messages dated Sep 17; its year is not displayed.

08

Program-disabled notice observed

Aayush reports discovering the notice; a supplied screenshot displays it. Actual disablement date is unconfirmed.

195 days elapsed between the first located follow-up and 1 October. That is a communication period, not a calculation of contractual overdue days.

INSPECT THE RECORDS

The evidence.

The due-date caveat

The balance screenshot also displays “Due in 10 hours.” Without the payout ledger and applicable schedule, it cannot prove that the whole $440.69 is six months overdue. The difference from the $440 quoted in March remains unreconciled.

The direct-message screenshot shows messages at 10:28 and 10:30 AM under “Thu, Sep 17” to an account named John Xie. No incoming reply is visible. I report receiving no response. The capture does not show the year, account handle, delivery confirmation or read receipt.

TASKADE’S SIDE OF THE RECORD

The support response.

RYAN · TASKADE SUPPORT · 02 APRIL 2026
“I understand the urgency regarding your affiliate payout of $440 USD.”

Ryan said he had escalated the issue directly to John, who handles affiliate and partnership matters, and that John had been notified.

This establishes receipt and recognition of the specific complaint. It is not a formal admission of liability. Saying that Taskade never responded would be inaccurate.

The report locates one substantive support response, two ticket confirmations and four automated busy responses. No later payment date, denial of eligibility or substantive resolution was found in the reviewed correspondence.

THE COMPLETE PICTURE

Taskade previously paid.

Five historical receipts total $953.12 gross, matching the dashboard’s total paid. The latest located receipt is dated 16 January 2025. Those payments are separate from the current disputed balance.

Transaction dateGross USD
05 Oct 2023$59.00
03 Dec 2023$356.15
08 Mar 2024$54.20
11 Apr 2024$101.64
16 Jan 2025$382.13

The audit searched email receipts, not the complete bank or payment-provider ledger.

WHAT WE STILL NEED TO KNOW

The unanswered questions.

  1. What is the reconciled outstanding balance after valid adjustments?
  2. When did each eligible commission become payable?
  3. What prevented payment of the amount raised in March?
  4. Why is the affiliate program shown as disabled, and who is affected?
  5. When and how will eligible outstanding commissions be paid?

The dashboard displays 20% recurring commission. Historical emails advertised 30% and later “up to 50%.” The applicable agreements and change notices are needed before alleging a rate-based underpayment.

FOR OTHER PUBLISHERS

Document your own payment dispute.

Use the unpaid affiliate commission evidence checklist to reconcile the balance and preserve the records. If access is removed, read our guide to documenting commissions after a program closes.

BEFORE YOU JOIN

What should prospective Taskade affiliates check?

This Taskade affiliate program review documents my own payment dispute. It is relevant to publishers evaluating payout reliability, but does not establish how other affiliates have been treated.

Did Taskade pay commissions before this dispute?

Yes. Five earlier receipts total $953.12 gross. The current screenshot separately shows $440.69 unpaid, and the reviewed correspondence contains no later resolution of my complaint.

Is the Taskade affiliate program currently available?

The supplied dashboard displays a program-disabled notice observed on 1 October 2026. That establishes what my portal showed, not whether every affiliate or new applicant is affected. Before joining, ask Taskade to confirm enrollment availability, the applicable commission rate, payment threshold and schedule, and how eligible balances are handled if the program closes.

Disclosure & evidence limits

I own Squeeze Growth and have a direct financial interest in this complaint. This page uses the supplied evidence report and three screenshots. The report’s underlying original-email archive was not independently inspected while preparing this page.

The program notice does not establish a permanent shutdown, its actual start date or that every affiliate is affected. Statements about receiving no further response are my account of events.

The 17 September email and direct-message screenshot record notice of intended publication. If Taskade supplies a correction, substantive response or payment evidence, the record should be updated prominently.
