THE DISPUTE
Rewards recorded. The account later disputed.
I was a Synthesia affiliate and joined its temporary December 2023 commission campaign. The last matching PayPal receipt located in the supplied audit is $184.31 on 7 December 2023. Thirteen reward-notification emails followed between 8 and 29 December.
On 9 January 2024, I reported that I had been told my account was disabled. Synthesia subsequently cited a terms violation. I asked for the specific conduct twice after that explanation; no later substantive answer or commission reconciliation was found in the supplied mailbox audit.
The reward emails establish notification activity after the last located payout. They do not establish the amount earned, whether each reward was eligible, whether different emails describe distinct transactions, or whether the amounts were later paid or reversed. No dollar amount is presented as currently owed.
2022 — 2026 RECORD REVIEW
The timeline.
Affiliate relationship begins
A welcome email provides the personal referral link.
Attribution concern raised
Aayush reports alleged redirection of his affiliate links to another affiliate. The observation is not independently verified; no link to the later suspension is established.
December campaign enrollment
Synthesia offers 30% commission on Starter and Creator plans through 1 January 2024. Aayush accepts; the affiliate team confirms enrollment and use of the existing link.
Last located matching payout
A PayPal receipt records $184.31 gross from Synthesia Limited. The allocation of that payment to commission rows is not supplied.
13 additional reward notices
Thirteen distinct emails report rewards under the December campaign. They contain no dollar amounts or transaction identifiers.
Account disablement reported
Aayush says he has been told the account is disabled and asks what is happening. The exact effective disablement date remains unverified.
Company requests link locations
Synthesia asks where affiliate links appear. Aayush supplies SqueezeGrowth.com, BforBloggers.com and Hashdork.com.
Terms-based company explanation
After a follow-up, Synthesia alleges an affiliate terms violation and cites sections 5.2–5.6. The reply does not identify the particular conduct or evidence.
Specific explanation requested
Aayush denies seeing a violation and asks twice for particulars. The later follow-up mentions possible litigation.
Promotional emails resume
Promotional mail is present, but it does not confirm reinstatement or settlement.
Evidence pack reviewed
The supplied mailbox audit reports no later substantive explanation, commission reconciliation, reinstatement or matching Synthesia PayPal receipt. These findings are limited to the supplied searches of two mailboxes.
Campaign and reward dates follow the original email dates. Reward notifications are timestamped UTC; mixed sender timezones are preserved in the private archive. Historical events do not establish the account’s current live status.
ORIGINAL EMAILS REVIEWED
What the 13 notices actually show.
“We've just added you to the campaign. Kindly use the same personal affiliate link as before.”
Confirms enrollment in the advertised December campaign.
“Great news — you just earned a reward for one of your referrals”
The notices name the 30% Starter/Creator December campaign and direct the recipient to the dashboard. They do not contain a dollar amount, underlying plan, transaction identifier or later payout status.
The pack contains 13 distinct notification messages. That is not a verified count of 13 customers, sales or payable commissions. Repeated events for one customer cannot be excluded without the ledger.
The promotion advertises $241.20 for an annual Creator plan. It also covers Starter plans, and the notices do not identify the plan sold. Multiplying $241.20 by 13 would invent an unsupported balance.
A separate 6 December email records a $30 customer payment and a $6 commission under the prior Personal Plan program. Customer revenue and affiliate earnings are different amounts. That notice predates the last located payout and is not assumed unpaid.
SYNTHESIA’S SIDE OF THE RECORD
The company cited its affiliate terms.
“We regret to inform you that our records indicate that you have violated our affiliate terms and conditions.”
The reply points to sections 5.2–5.6. It does not name a page, traffic source, action, transaction or evidence of misconduct.
Synthesia had already requested affiliate-link locations on 11 January, and I supplied three websites. Saying the company never responded would be inaccurate.
I replied on 15 January asking for specifics, then asked again on 25 January what precisely had constituted a violation. The supplied audit found no later substantive explanation, reinstatement or commission reconciliation. Later promotional mail is not evidence of reinstatement.
The emails do not establish whether a breach occurred or whether commissions were validly rejected. The applicable historical agreement is missing. Current terms are not substituted for the January 2024 version.
PAID BEFORE THE DISPUTE
Eleven earlier payments: $1,567.32 gross.
The 11 matching Synthesia Limited PayPal receipts were checked against the original emails. This is money previously sent, including a one-cent receipt, not the outstanding balance. Fees and currency conversion can affect net proceeds.
| Receipt date | Gross USD |
|---|---|
| 08 Mar 2023 | $41.16 |
| 16 Apr 2023 | $87.43 |
| 14 May 2023 | $102.93 |
| 04 Jun 2023 | $57.68 |
| 21 Jul 2023 | $335.28 |
| 24 Jul 2023 | $64.77 |
| 02 Aug 2023 | $47.68 |
| 07 Sep 2023 | $192.81 |
| 02 Oct 2023 | $0.01 |
| 07 Nov 2023 | $453.26 |
| 07 Dec 2023 | $184.31 |
No later matching Synthesia PayPal receipt was found by the supplied mailbox audit. That does not exclude another payment channel or records outside the two searched mailboxes.
SEPARATE BACKGROUND CONCERN
The August link-attribution report.
In August 2023, I reported alleged redirection of my affiliate links to another affiliate. This is my reported observation, not independently verified interference or a company acknowledgment. No investigation outcome was located in the targeted correspondence. There is no evidence tying it to the later suspension.
WHAT WOULD RESOLVE THE RECORD
The ledger and the specific explanation.
- What are the amounts, identifiers and final statuses of the December reward events?
- Which commission rows did the 7 December $184.31 payout cover?
- Were later rewards paid, rejected or reversed, and on what dates and grounds?
- What was the exact disablement date and applicable agreement version?
- What specific conduct breached sections 5.2–5.6, and which evidence supports that finding?
- What eligible balance, if any, remains payable?

BEFORE YOU JOIN
What should prospective Synthesia affiliates check?
This Synthesia affiliate program review documents my account dispute, the company’s terms-based response and the limits of the commission evidence. It does not establish that Synthesia owes a particular amount or that other affiliates had the same experience.
Did Synthesia pay affiliate commissions?
Yes. Eleven matching historical PayPal receipts total $1,567.32 gross. The last located receipt is dated 7 December 2023. Thirteen later reward notices contain no commission amounts or transaction identifiers, so they cannot be converted into a verified outstanding balance.
What should an affiliate clarify before joining?
Ask for the current eligibility rules, commission schedule, payment threshold, suspension process and treatment of earned commissions when an account is disabled. This case concerns correspondence from 2023–2024; the temporary December 2023 campaign is not a statement of the program’s current rate. The applicable historical agreement and complete commission ledger are still missing.
Disclosure & evidence limits
I own Squeeze Growth and am the claimant in this account dispute. I have a direct interest in clarifying any eligible outstanding commissions.
This page uses the supplied Synthesia report, tables and original-email archive. The pack contains 45 original messages; their hashes match the supplied index. Key correspondence, all 13 post-payout reward notices and all 11 payment receipts were inspected. Hash consistency establishes consistency within the supplied pack, not independent authentication by Synthesia or PayPal.
The supplied audit searched two mailboxes. The supplemental search found only incidental matches in the second mailbox and no relevant Synthesia correspondence, payout receipt or balance record. We did not access the live affiliate account, complete Rewardful ledger, bank records or historical terms. Public downloads contain selected extracts and tables, with private email addresses, payment identifiers, tracking links and source-account links omitted. The original archive remains private.
Company responses, corrections, accounting evidence and documented payment will be added prominently when received.
