Synthesia affiliate account dispute — public evidence extracts
Reviewed 1 October 2026. Claimant: Aayush Bhaskar, Squeeze Growth.

Status: account-disablement dispute with possible unpaid commissions.
Outstanding amount: not established.

These are selected readable extracts and derived tables, not the original
email archive. Private email addresses, transaction identifiers, account
links and tracking links are omitted. The originals are preserved privately.
The payment table concerns previously paid amounts, not current debt.
The reward table counts notification messages, not unique sales or customers.

6 December 2023 — Synthesia affiliate team:
"We've just added you to the campaign. Kindly use the same personal
affiliate link as before."

8–29 December 2023 — 13 reward-notification emails:
"Great news — you just earned a reward for one of your referrals"
The notices name the 30% Starter/Creator December campaign. They do not state
commission amounts, transaction identifiers or later payment status.

9 January 2024 — Aayush:
"I've been told our account has been disabled."
"Could you explain what's going on?"

11 January 2024 — Synthesia affiliate team:
"Please share all places you have displayed your link and we will look into it."
Aayush supplied SqueezeGrowth.com, BforBloggers.com and Hashdork.com.

15 January 2024 — Synthesia affiliate team:
"We regret to inform you that our records indicate that you have violated
our affiliate terms and conditions."
The reply referred to sections 5.2–5.6, without identifying the particular
conduct or supporting evidence in the retrieved message.

15 January 2024 — Aayush:
"I don’t see any violations at all. Can you be more specific?"

25 January 2024 — Aayush:
"Can you tell us precisely what we did that was considered a violation?"
The same email also mentioned possible litigation.

Evidence limits:
The supplied mailbox audit found no later substantive explanation,
reinstatement, commission reconciliation or matching Synthesia PayPal
receipt. It does not exclude another mailbox or payment channel.
The applicable historical terms, live dashboard and complete commission
ledger were not reviewed. A specific breach, commission eligibility and
current unpaid amount remain unestablished.
The campaign's advertised $241.20 per annual Creator plan cannot be
multiplied by 13: the notices do not identify the underlying plans or sales.

SUPPLEMENTAL AUDIT SCOPE
The supplied supplemental audit searched two mailboxes across all folders. The second mailbox returned incidental matches but no relevant Synthesia correspondence, Rewardful notice, matching payout receipt or case balance record. The recheck did not locate a later substantive explanation or matching payout. These search findings do not establish a quantified balance or exclude records outside those searches. Personal mailbox addresses and search-result identifiers are omitted.
